Refund policy

Please read the full Return Policy before requesting the return address. NO REFUNDS will be given. Exchanges are accepted for store credit if your order qualifies.

All sizing suggestions provided to you by Shapetasy are suggestions and not a guarantee the item(s) will fit.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Should a cancellation really be needed within 24 hours of order being made, there is a $10 cancelation/restock fee if the order has not been fulfilled yet. Once the order has been fulfilled it cannot be cancelled. If you want to make changes to your unfulfilled order please send me an email (support@shapetasy.com) as soon as possible before your order has been fulfilled or I will not be able to make any changes.

Defective, incorrect, or missing items

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, I will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. 

How to Return/Exchange items

Step 1: Read this entire policy. If you qualify, move on to step two. If you do not qualify remember you have a discount of 20% off your second order with discount code THANKS

Step 2: If you qualify send an email to returns@shapetasy.com include your name and order number. Once I reply move on to the next steps.

Step 3: Ship your package by either dropping it off at your local USPS post office or hand it to your mailman. 

Step 4: Wait 1-2 weeks for your return to process. If your order qualified you will be emailed store credit (check your spam folder!)

Step 5: Use your store credit to purchase your correct size or try a different style :D

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Shapetasy product tags attached and in its original packaging. If the tags are not attached and/or you do not have the original packaging (clear plastic bags) you do not qualify for store credit. If you own pets, please ensure that there is no fur on the garment. Please include the packing slip or a piece of paper with your name and order number. Before trying on the garment please make sure you are wearing underwear and not wearing any lotion, deodorant, perfume, makeup or tanning lotion. Any item not received in good condition, containing ODORS (including smoke), stains, fur, and damages will NOT be accepted and customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them. Any unaccepted store credits that have not had the reshipping fees paid within 30 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. No exceptions.

To initiate a return please email me at returns@shapetasy.com to receive the return address. Please state your order number and the full name on the order within this email. Items must be shipped back to Shapetasy within 15 days of the customer receiving the package. Shipping fees will be at your expense and no credit will be given for any shipping or packaging costs. If you purchased your shipping label, please keep the tracking number and receipt in the case it was misdelivered, lost, or stolen, you have proof you sent it to me. You can purchase a shipping label through me if you have a printer and the cost will be deducted from your store credit. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given. If your order qualifies, you will receive store credit within 1-2 weeks. ALL returns must be from a SMOKE FREE home or the return will NOT be accepted and no store credit will be issued. 

If I suspect a customer of WARDROBING or wearing the items and sending them back no credit will be issued, and they will be blocked from our site. 

Exchanges

If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to my facility. I will issue you store credit once I have received and inspected your return in the amount you paid which includes the price of the item and sales tax. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with your store credit CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. You may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire. At Shapetasy I am constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. I do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, I cannot put any merchandise on hold. Prices of the garments may change from the original purchase date to the date the exchange order was placed and the customer is responsible to pay any differences in pricing if you want to proceed with the exchange.

**All sizing recommendations that Shapetasy provides to you are recommendations and NOT a guarantee the item will fit. Every body is different and Shapetasy sizing charts are ESTIMATES. The customer is still responsible for returning the item following the procedure stated throughout this policy.**

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Clearance items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like single-use items (such as tape). Grebelia Thong and Lucero Briefs are not returnable or exchangeable due to the nature of the garment.

Processing

When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 1-2 weeks to process your store credit. It could take 2-3 weeks during holiday seasons. I understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. I will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customers security and ours, I require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. I am are not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event an order was placed by a member of the household or other related/affiliated party of the credit card owner, the customer and credit card owner are jointly responsible for the payment to the greatest extent the law allows.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
